Working with Select Media Resources

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SMRconnect, a software platform owned and operated by Select Media Resources LLC (“SMR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using SMRconnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SMRconnect is a secure business platform designed to facilitate contractor onboarding, document submission, job communication, invoicing, and administrative workflows.

SMRconnect does not process payments. Payment handling occurs outside the platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and current
  • All activity that occurs under your account

SMR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

4. User Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, including documents, invoices, and messages.

By submitting content, you grant SMR a limited, non-exclusive right to store, display, and process such content solely for platform operations and business purposes.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit all content provided.

5. SMS Communications (Transactional Only)

SMRconnect may send SMS messages for account-related and operational purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Account verification
  • Job assignments and updates
  • Invoice status notifications
  • Administrative alerts

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Select Media Resources LLC related to your SMRconnect account.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your notification preferences within the platform. SMS messages are not used for marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SMRconnect for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Interfere with platform security or operations
  • Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization

SMR may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of SMRconnect is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Service Availability

SMRconnect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

SMR may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Select Media Resources LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of SMRconnect.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Select Media Resources LLC from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of SMRconnect or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

SMR may suspend or terminate access to SMRconnect at its discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked, subject to data retention requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia in which Select Media Resources LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

SMR may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SMRconnect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
